CX-Tubing Hanger
The Coretrax Tubing hanger is designed to provide an effective P&A solution where completion tubing can be left downhole, minimizing tubing disposal costs and delivering significant rig time savings.
Available in both a retrievable and permanent configuration, the CX-Tubing hanger is compression set and released via rotation.
Once annular cement is confirmed, the completion tubing can be recovered to the safety valve and the tubing hanger made up to to the tubing below. Running back in hole on drillpipe, the hanger is then set leaving up to 400,000lbs of tubing in-situ. The hanger can then be used as a base for cement.
