When tortuosity, instability, or extended open-hole exposure threatens casing deployment, conventional shoes and casing rotation are no longer enough.  

The High-Speed Reaming Tool (HSRT) is a fluid-activated, high-speed reaming solution that actively conditions the wellbore without rotating the casing string, enabling smoother deployment, reduced risk, and improved cementing outcomes.

  • High doglegs and excessive tortuosity
  • Unstable or plastic formations
  • Extended reach drilling with low TVD-to-MD ratios
  • Liners run on systems that cannot be rotated

Traditional casing rotation increases mechanical risk, rig time, and exposure and still does not guarantee reaching depth.
