Expro behaviours champion: Deliver quality

Expro regularly recognises employees that display one of the company’s seven core behaviours as part of their daily activities in their role.

Name: Cindy Martinez
Job title: Sales & Marketing, Equipment Sales
Base: Huffmeister, Texas

Responsible for marketing Expro’s Equipment Sales (EQS) product line, Cindy’s daily activities include coordinating proposals, maintaining key customer relationships, and developing the EQS annual marketing strategy which comprises tradeshows, advertising and utilising Salesforce.

Delivering operational excellence to improve consistency and quality in her output is of utmost importance to Cindy.

She said: “Being part of a large international company requires the ability to communicate effectively and bridge barriers internally and externally to deliver quality. I regularly interact with different internal teams to ensure comprehensive client proposals are delivered, and constantly develop customer relationships to complete projects in a timely manner and secure new contracts.”

At OTC Houston last year, Cindy was recognised by a Trade Show Strategist observing staff on the Expro stand for her skills on the booth in engaging with potential clients and visitors.

She continues: “The previous OTC trade show allowed me to perfect my organisational skills for arranging meetings and timetables, and this resulted in key clients using our booth to its maximum advantage.”

John Loafman, Vice President – Equipment Sales, commented: “Each of these responsibilities requires a good vision, a personal perspective that is intuitive and a positive attitude – Cindy delivers on all. Furthermore, her positive attitude is reflected by the respect she has within EQS in the quality of her work and outside the company with our key clients.”
