- Expro identified, sourced, and mobilized analytical equipment to cover the entire scope of work for the first two packages within three months and had six packages ready within six months
- Our equipment was contained within newly built, bespoke, Zone 1 rated laboratory cabins
- We rapidly expanded our team of experienced chemists for this project, using remote recruitment and training due to COVID restrictions
- Expro implemented an onshore QA regime to ensure the data quality utilizing engineers and support staff from the technical centers based in the UK and Norway
- Data was comparable with that obtained onshore, but reported within hours of sampling and continuously over a twenty-four-hour period enabling the client to observe the well performance in real time and rapidly respond to any changes
Value to Client
- The operator was able to monitor the well clean up in real time with assessment of the performance of acidification treatment
- They were able to end clean up as soon as criteria were met, thus avoiding unnecessarily protracted flow periods, saving rig time, costs and minimizing emissions
- Comprehensive data of reservoir fluid properties across the field was obtained
- Average JPR of 93%
- Over 21,000 hours with zero NPT or HSE incident
