Contract win highlights Expro’s continued leadership in subsea well safety and integrity

Expro Ltd (NYSE: XPRO) (the “Company” or “Expro”) today reported financial and operational results for the three months ended June 30, 2026.

Energy services provider Expro Ltd (the “Company” or “Expro”) (NYSE: XPRO) today announced it has completed the acquisition of Enhanced Drilling, a technology leader in managed pressure drilling (MPD), bringing a differentiated capability into its portfolio and marking a significant step in expanding its offering across the well lifecycle. The total consideration paid at closing on July 23, 2026 was approximately two billion Norwegian kroner in cash. 

Expro will hold a conference call on July 28, 2026 to discuss results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. The conference call is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time).

Expro has secured a two-year contract with a major UAE operator to deliver well testing and flowback services for unconventional wells in the United Arab Emirates. The award represents an important step in supporting the nation’s vast unconventional oil and gas resources, boost production growth, and enhance long-term energy security.

Expro has signed a new contract extension for up to five years, including the deployment of one of Expro’s latest technologies, with a global operator to continue delivering subsea completion and intervention services in the Gulf of America (GoA) - reinforcing a partnership that has spanned more than two decades.
