Background
Following a review of the well design, it was identified that there was insufficient weight at the 9-5/8” x 7” liner top positioned at approximately 3,000ft to successfully set a 9-5/8” LTTT-HD.
Solution and Operation
To ensure that the client testing requirements could be successfully met, Coretrax deployed their 7” LTTT-HD to isolate the 4-1/2” liner and test liner integrity.
The 7” LTTT-HD was run in a single trip solution to ensure the 4-1/2”,7” and 9-5/8” sections could be cleaned ahead of the test being completed. The inflow test was performed efficiently over the course of 4 hours, testing the 4-1/2” liner integrity with approximately 3,200psi differential.
