The customer had a preset well they wanted to complete within a cement liner. Before installing the upper completion, several preparatory operations were required
These included positive and negative pressure testing, the running of full WBCU assembly, casing pickling, PBR polishing, and drilling the float equipment (landing collar, float collar, and cement) up to 20ft above the float shoe
Traditionally, this process would have required multiple runs, including:
A 3 5/8” Bit drilling assembly o Full WBCU and packer assembly
A Polish mill trip

This design integrated the CX-LTTT inflow test packer with a polish mill and employed CXtravel joints, enabling the drilling of float equipment, cement, and completion of wbcu operations in a single trip continuous run
