Customer Challenges
- After displacing the previous incumbent of over 20 years; to provide safe and high performing DST and TCP services to ONGC on a wide range of offshore standard and HPHT oil and gas well applications on jack-up and semi-submersible rigs and drillships off India's west and east coasts
- Operations commenced in September 2016 on what is the world's most active E&A offshore contract, averaging 2 to 3 jobs per week, mostly on the west coast out of Mumbai, but also captures some east coast wells out of Kakinada
- Most wells have multiple zones of interest; hence DST tools also have to be serviced/redressed at the well site. In all cases TCP gun loading and firing head assembly is done at the well location; i.e. onboard the offshore vessel
- With heightened activity in DST and TCP and other product/service lines, Expro has since invested in a new customised base in Navi Mumbai, to maintain high quality service delivery

- World class HSE performance with zero LTIs (>370 DST/TCP jobs performed with >230,000 associated exposure hours; ie. safe man hours)
- Over 73,500 operating hours below RKB with 98.98% efficiency
- Record milestone reached with over 200 consecutive TCP jobs successfully completed with zero failures and no NPT
- 88 bottom-hole samples (tubing mounted) taken in 35 wells, with 100% capture rate
- 48 jobs with SRO; 11 of which were wireless, with 100% operating efficiency
- Performed India's first dual zone DST on a single trip with both zones perforated underbalanced and tested independently, saving over 6 days of rig time
- As a result of exemplary service quality and product/technology offering, Expro was retained for a second three-year term, with an increased number of packages
