- Our client required a production start-up solution on a fast-track basis to bring new drill wells into production
- Following the initial delivery of the 20k bopd 70MMscf/day package, Expro worked with the customer to replicate and execute delivery over multiple new sites
- An additional scope of work was awarded to Expro to undertake an independent audit of existing customer facilities, metering systems and broader process conditions in order to improve field production monitoring
Expro Excellence
- Expro delivered a high rate, 20k bopd, test separator with export pumps and site utilities package from existing inventory, on a fast-track basis allowing first oil to be achieved within 16 weeks from the initial site
- Subsequent phased delivery, mobilisation and installation of a further seven production packages was achieved in full alignment with the customer pipeline delivery schedule allowing new wells to be brought on stream
- Using non-intrusive sonar metering technology, Expro was able to install meters at each of the customer satellite facilities allowing them to analyse separator flow conditions, troubleshoot and identify root cause analysis without loss of production
- The engineered process solution proposed and delivered by Expro provided optimum control and improved separation efficiency, allowing the customer to deliver increased production across multiple sites
- Implementation of real-time data monitoring transformed production efficiency and productivity levels through the ability to remotely analyse and monitor flowing parameters on a 24/7 basis
- The project delivery team, supported by Expro's existing technologies, in house reservoir and engineering capability, was able to respond and deliver a fully integrated customer solution to achieve optimum production for the customer
- Flow surveillance data combined with gas optimisation and field studies, identified areas for existing process system enhancements and debottlenecking to achieve the customer's production improvement target

- Expro's solution allowed the customer to achieve 1st oil from the initial site in approximately 16 weeks
- Our equipment delivery from existing inventory, on a fast-track basis, enabled the customer to obtain early incremental production gains
- Our client experienced an increase of over 25% increased production from multiple new sites and over 93% production uptime efficiency
- Expro's real-time data monitoring, processing and logging allowed for the monitoring of production from multiple sites 24/7
- The initial check metering was delivered through Expro's non-instrusive clamp on sonar metering ensuring there was no interruption or loss of production
