Expro implements an Early Production Facility (EPF) to capture 0.9 million cubic meters of gas per day, ensuring reliable operations and stable electricity supply
The client required an enhanced gas supply to ensure uninterrupted operations at their electricity generation station, which serves as the primary power source for multiple Central Processing Facilities (CPFs) located approximately 350 km from the base
Given the criticality of maintaining a reliable energy supply to prevent disruptions across the field, Expro was engaged to design and implement an Early Production Facility (EPF) at the remote site
The EPF was tasked with processing 0.9 million cubic meters of gas daily to support the electricity generation station, while condensate would be transported to the CPF for further processing and treatment
Expro Excellence
Expro provided a fully customized Early Production Facility (EPF) solution tailored to the client’s specific operational needs. Key highlights of Expro’s approach include:
Customized Design: The EPF was adapted to the site’s unique condition to integrate it into the client’s existing infrastructure with minimum downtime and optimize operational efficiency
Operational Resilience: Without Expro’s solution, the client faced significant risks, including production losses, and delays in electricity supply, all of which would have directly impacted revenue
Resource Optimization: The EPF ensured consistent processing of 0.9 million cubic meters daily, preventing resource waste and maximizing output
Value to Client
Rapid deployment of the EPF, with optimized efficiency, ensured uninterrupted gas production enabling the client to meet production and energy supply targets
Cost savings were achieved by minimizing downtime and operational disruptions
