Sergio Maiworm

Sergio Maiworm has held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Expro since June 2025. Prior to joining Expro, Sergio was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Talos Energy Inc. Previously, he held various other leadership roles at Talos, including Interim Co-President, Vice President of Finance, Investor Relations and Treasurer, and Director of Finance and Investor Relations.

Before Talos Energy, Sergio was an energy investment banker at Deutsche Bank, a Manager in Shell plc's global Mergers & Acquisitions group, and held senior finance positions at ION Geophysical Corporation and Transocean Ltd. He began his career in Deloitte's Audit practice.

Sergio holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), an M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's General Management Program.
