Conventional Float Equipment
Our Float Shoes and Collars are manufactured to API standards and are tested to API-IIIC. The Float Shoes and Collars have been designed and manufactured to withstand the high temperature encountered and high pressure created by differences in fluid columns when floating, landing and cementing strings of casing.
Features and Benefits
- Standard float equipment has pressure ratings of 5,000 psi with an option of a high pressure high temperature valve for 10,000 psi
- All valves in the float equipment are designed with a plunger type ball valve designed for multiple functions
- The plunger valve can be configured to work as a straight check valve or modified to run autofill
