ULTRASEAL™ ST Auto-Fill Float Equipment
The ULTRASEAL™ ST Auto-Fill Float Equipment is designed to support efficient running and cementing tight-tolerance casing and liner strings while reducing surge pressures during well construction. As an integral part of Expro's surge reduction system, ULTRASEAL™ ST combines high back pressure capability, a large internal diameter and flexible flow-rate settings to help increase running speeds, minimize surge pressure and reduce the risk of costly mud losses. When combined with the ULTRAFLO™ Diverter System, ULTRASEAL™ ST delivers enhanced surge reduction in tight-tolerance wellbores, supporting greater operational efficiency and flexibility.

- High back pressure capability: Proprietary dual composite flapper valves provide reliable pressure holding while offering flexibility in primary cement job design to support improved zonal isolation
- Reduced surge pressure: Large internal diameter through the valves and ball seat helps maximize casing running speeds and minimize surge pressures, reducing the potential for costly mud losses and associate rig time
- Adjustable flow rates: Three flow settings, no flow, low flow and high flow, can be selected prior to make-up to suit operational requirements

- Faster drill-out: An anti-rotation feature on the landing surface helps prevent plug spinning, supporting faster and more efficient drill-out
Compatible with multiple plug systems: The tapered landing surface is compatible with Expro's ULTRALATCH™ Subsurface Release and other plug systems, providing additional plug-setting options
